Is this a good Lathe?
I recently got interested in wood turning and i would like to buy a new lathe. Im thinking about buying it from this store and i was wondering if this is a good lathe for a beginner.

Well, it will probably do a fair sort of hobby use job.
This lathe looks like it has a bed fabricated of steel angle.
It would probably exhibit rigidity problems, especially if it is not bolted down to a good, solid surface, and especially when working on a long workpiece with the tool rest around the centre of the bed.
A really good quality wood lathe would have an iron bed. Very stiff and rigid.
The "square tubular ways" only appears to refer to the base the bed rails are above.
Even if the bed rails are tubular, they are only attached to the base at the headstock and the end of the rails. They can flex in heavy use.
If you don't need to do items 40" long, a shorter bedded lathe of similar construction would be more rigid.
