HP 1510 Won't Print On Paper With Smaller Widths...Why?
I bought a wedding invitation and response card kit. Months ago I printed a sample invitation and a sample response card. Now I'm trying to actually print them all off, but for some reason the printer won't do it. It sucks in the paper a bit and then the "check paper" light comes on.
I tried printing something using a regular 8.5x11 sheet of paper and it works fine. I took an inch off the side of the paper and tried again, and it worked. Then I took another inch off and it worked again. But, anything less than about 6 inches wide doesn't print.
I don't understand why this would happen when it worked before and printers should be set up to do 4x6's anyway.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I tried HP's online help already, but that was useless.
