I see blue in places where others do not, and I have a problem seeing it?
In my chemistry class the teacher was doing flame tests in the dark.
We were supposed to look at the color of the flame and I saw some blue. Apparently, I shouldn't have. The blue would disappear when I would squint my eyes. I do not wear glasses, but should. People claim that there was no blue but then I think(Can't remember)we looked through cobalt glass and it was purple.
I have Myopia, aka nearsightedness, and I noticed now that when I see blue text on a black background on my computer screen it appears somewhat blurry and it stands out, but its not easily readable. I can see it, I just have to look at it for a second or two for it to clear up.
I have no idea what to call this, but I think its strange.
Has anyone else had a similar experience?
it means you're myopic & need to wear glasses if you dont want to "see blue". its not dangerous, it probably just means you need glasses, which you already knew
